Printing of Standard or Custom License, Billing Notices or Reminders.
Exemptions, Interest, Penalties and Late fees all transacted within fiscal year.
Rabies Clinic, Vicious Breed and/or Animal with Insurance, and Veterinarian information.

Optional:

  • Animal Control Officer 'ACO' module with summons processing and reporting.
  • Multi Year Licensing + Tag# Assignment.

Animal Information:
Add, update and delete unlimited types of animals, Animal Name, Sex, Breed, Color,
D.O.B.= Age in Month and Years, Veterinarian, Micro Chip #, Photo ID, Rabies Certificate #,
Expiration and Rabies Clinic Attendance, Sex, Neutered or Spayed, Deceased, Moved.
Status / Remarks; Unlimited Status' entries, with timestamp.

License:

  • Current and Previous License #, Paid on, Expires, Animal Type, License Type, with Exemption.

Payment:

  • by Owner, or Selective by Animal with memo and check #, date and dollar amount paid, Bounced Check Button

Search:

  • Owner by Name or Street; Animal by Type, Name, Street, Breed,Color, Owner's Last Name, Tag #, Rabies Cert.# and Sex.
  • Search is either Exact, Starting with or Containing.

Owner and Veterinarian Information:
Search, add, update or delete. Owner information i.e.: First, Middle and Last Name, Prefix, Suffix,
Street #, Unit, Street Name, Address 2, Address 3, City, State, Zip, Zip+4, Tel. #, Ext, #, Listed/Unlisted, Email, Alternate Mailing Address. Vets. Add Practice Name, Fax#.

Animal Reports:
Deceased, Moved, Animal and "Other" by Owner; Address (by Street), by: Street; by Owner, by Breed,
Expired Rabies, Previous & Current Tag, by Deleted, Deceased, Action Taken, and Animal Control Officer report.

Billing:

  • Bills/Licenses/Notices: Licenses: Blank, Singular or by Tag # (batch mode), 1up, 2up or 3up.
  • Notices / Letters: Selective, Form Letter, Billing, Delinquent, Final, Vet and Expired Rabies Letter.
