With our three new services IMAS, L.L.C. can help you seamlessly manage your land records and instrument recording services. We are now prepared to undertake your verification services, as cited in section 7-14, General Statues of Connecticut, recommended guidelines section # 3: The Examination of Indexes and Inspection of Land Records. We will remotely access your records over the web and we will do the job for only 45 cents per record, or we can come to your location to do the verification at a cost of 85 cents per record.

At the same time, we can validate and back file your previous year's indexed records for as little as $1.25 per recording. And we can refit your images from Microfilm to the SPV® scanning module for only 8 cents each. They can be added instantly to your existing IMAS suite of services. IMAS, L.L.C. is an authorized vendor of the CSLIB grant program and many of these services fall within grant guidelines.

Along with these new services, we've added a terrific new expert to the IMAS team. M. Eileen Murray, CMC and MMC Level I, has joined us to manage our records verification services. A town clerk for more than 20 years, Eileen has extensive experience and knowledge in:
