ILRS Release Notes
v4.2.66
-
Additional pages can
now be entered by the user. To do so add a new recording on an
existing book and page, input all of the necessary data and then
enter the number 1 (for the first additional page, 2 for the
second, 3 for the third etc) in the additional page field, then
save the record
-
The system will now
validate that the book and page you are trying to enter a recording
on isn't within an existing page range. If you enter a 3 page
recording that starts on page 1 the application will not allow you
to save a recording unless it is entered on page 4 or higher
(attempting to save a recording on page 2 or 3 will not be allowed,
because they are within an existing page
range).
-
The system will now
trim (remove additional/extra spaces and line breaks) entries such
as recording description, grantor, grantee and returned to so that
these entries will be able to be searched properly through the
inquiry module.
-
Instrument entries
will now have an additional field called "Instrument Category" that
will enable the user to classify whether the instrument entered is
a land record, map, trade name or other. These classifications will
allow the user to run a grantor/grantee index for just land
records, maps, trade names, other or
all.
-
The inquiry module
search by book function will now have drop down lists for year and
books which will automatically populate with the valid entries
depending on what year you select. When clicking on the year drop
down list the list will become populated with all of the years that
you have entered into the database. Once you have selected a year
the book drop down list will then become populated with only the
books that have been entered for that
year.
-
The headers for the
inquiry reports have been corrected so that they are all properly
aligned over their appropriate fields. These fields have also been
expanded so that the values for these fields can be fully viewed by
the user.
-
The sorting of the
inquiry results have been corrected so that they will properly
display and sort all of the entries in the proper
order.
-
Databases with
converted data will now sort together regardless of whether the
entries are firms or individuals (as long as the "by individual"
check box is not used).
-
Grantors and grantees
can now be searched by entering the names by first name then last
name or last name then first name.
-
The "Recording
Description" field has now been inserted into the "Search by Key
Data" drop down box so that the users can now run inquiry searches
on recording descriptions entered on any
recording.
