VRS - MA Release Notes v3.4

Corrected the Marriage License Expiration Date calculation, so that the expiration date is 60 days from the date issued.
Added the Intention Date field to the printing of the Certificate of Marriage.
Restricted Births and Marriages are hidden in the Inquiry modules.
The Birth module will now allow the user to enter either a DOB or Age.
The printing of the Certificate of Marriage can now be printed 3 different ways. One setup to have all of the information known prior to the marriage printed. Another setup to have all of the information known after the marriage has occurred to be printed. One setup to print the entire Certificate of Marriage.
Marked all required fields with red font so that the user can easily see what fields they need to enter to save a record. Specific messages were added to the system to inform the user that the required fields weren't filled in when the user attempts to save a record without filling in the necessary information.
Alpha registries were created for each module (Birth, Marriage, Civil Union and Death) that allow the user to enter a date range and print a one line index of the parties involved in a birth, marriage, civil union or death.
Created one line reports for all modules.
